Parties

Big Robot offers three different party packages, with more to come in the future. You can either schedule a party during our regular hours or outside of our regular hours.

FOOD AND DRINK: Big Robot carries a large selection of snacks, candy bars, sodas, and energy drinks. Please see our Food and Drink page for more information. Parties are welcome to bring their own drinks and cake. All other food must be ordered through Big Robot Cafe. Parties should be aware that we do not have a freezer here on site, so ice cream or ice cream cakes could not be stored here.

EQUIPMENT: In all cases, feel free to bring in controllers, headsets, or any other items for usage in the Cafe during you party, but be sure to LET US KNOW what you’re bringing in so we don’t get it confused with our equipment or games. Outside games are NOT ALLOWED for Gamer Parties as these take place during regular business hours - see our Super Party and Mega Party if you are interested in bringing in your own game titles. People may bring in their hard drives to use their gamertags.

The Gamer Party

Gamer parties are 2-hour parties - 1 and a half hours of gaming downstairs, followed by a half-hour in our upstairs party room for cake and food, if desired. Gamer parties are held during regular business hours, where party guests can enjoy unlimited Gametime on any of our stations and priority access to our stations, games, and accessories.

• COST: $80 for a MAXIMUM of eight guests, including any chaperones. Additional guests are $10 each for the two hour party.
• FOOD and DRINK: Pizzas can be ordered in ($12 each, large, one-topping). Drinks can be ordered in ($1.50 each, 2 liter bottles). Food and drink orders MUST be placed at least 24 hours before the party.

The Super Party

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire facility for 2 hours - 1 and a half hours of gaming downstairs, followed by a half-hour in our upstairs party room for cake and food, if desired. These parties MUST be scheduled outside our regular business hours.

• COST: $175 for up to 14 people, including chaparones. Extra guests are $5 per person for the two-hour party.
• FOOD and DRINK: Pizzas can be ordered in ($12 each, large, one-topping). Drinks can be ordered in ($1.50 each, 2 liter bottles). Food and drink orders MUST be placed at least 24 hours before the party.
• PROVIDED: Plates, tableclothes, cups, ice and plastic silverware will be provided free of charge.
• RULES: A $100 refundable deposit is required to reserve the date one week before the party with the remainder due at the time of the party. For parties for children, a minimum of one adult is required for each five children.

The Mega Party

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire facility for 3 hours - 2 and a half hours of gaming downstairs, followed by a half-hour in our upstairs party room for cake and food, if desired. These parties MUST be scheduled outside our regular business hours.

• COST: $275 for up to 14 people, including chaparones. Extra guests are $10 per person for the three hour party.
• FOOD and DRINK: Pizzas can be ordered in ($12 each, large, one-topping). Drinks can be ordered in ($1.50 each, 2 liter bottles). Food and drink orders MUST be placed at least 24 hours before the party.
• PROVIDED: Plates, tableclothes, cups, ice and plastic silverware will be provided free of charge.
• RULES: A $150 refundable deposit is required to reserve the date one week before the party with the remainder due at the time of the party. For parties for children, a minimum of one adult is required for each five children.
