BIRTHDAY Parties
Have your birthday at Big Robot! It’s the coolest place in the world to invite your friends! And the best part? WE CLEAN UP! Get your group in here and have a blast on our game machines! You and your party receive UNLIMITED GAMETIME on all of our equipment for the length of the party. You will also have access to a private party room and a Big Robot party coordinator. Here’s how it works:
1. Figure out the number of party participants (there is no charge for adult chaperones at children’s parties).
2. Multiply by the number of hours you want your party to last.
3. Multiply that by $4 per hour.
That’s the “Party Price”! For example, 5 kids times 2 hours time $4 is just $40 for a 2-hour party for 5!
Add on some “Extras”:
• Food - bring in your own or order from us! We have a deal from Foxes Pizza or feel free to bring in your own food. Order with us and save yourself the trouble!
• Themes - working on a theme? Need a theme idea? Chat with us - we’ll come up with something!
• Cakes - bring your own or order from us! Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll quote you a price.
• Make it EXCLUSIVE - close down the store! We’ll kick everyone else out and you can have the run of the place for just an additional $15 per hour for the length of the party.
• Beverages and snacks - bring in your own or order from us - we have a massive selection of snacks, candy bars, sodas, and energy drinks. Please see our Food and Drink page for more information.
Some notes:
- If your party is held during regular business hours and you choose not to book the entire location, we will welcome other guests and customers in the store while your party takes place. We’ll make every effort to make sure your party has priority on all equipment.
- Parties should be aware that we do not have a freezer here on site, so ice cream or ice cream cakes could not be stored here.
- Feel free to bring in controllers, headsets, or any other items for usage in the Cafe during you party, but be sure to check in with us so we don’t get it confused with our equipment or games. People are encouraged to bring in their hard drives to use their gamertags.
- When Birthday Parties are being held, Adult beverages may be brought in, but chaperones AND NOT BIG ROBOT STAFF are responsible for ensuring drinking age compliance. Also, if you bring alcohol on-site you must reserve the entire location.
